Product features: This product is made of imported high-quality multi rubber, rubber and plastic, and is molded by vulcanization and pressure injection process. Compared with the metal lining plate, it has the following advantages:

1) The weight of rubber plastic liner is only 1/6 of that of steel liner, which is light and easy to load and unload.

2) The damping and absorption effect of rubber plastic lining plate is 10-15 lower than that of metal lining plate.

3) The rubber plastic lining plate is more wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant than the metal material, and can be used in acid and alkaline environments.

4) The abrasion resistance of rubber lining plate is higher than that of metal material, especially for hard ore, its service life is usually 2-4 times that of metal.

Working rationale

Alumina and zirconia grinding ceramic balls for mill

High alumina ball is also known as alumina ceramic ball. Its basic raw material is α alumina power. The wear-resistant ceramic product forms by rolling or pressing and is sintered sintered at 1600 ℃.

Characteristics of alumina ceramic balls

1)High hardness: Mohs hardness of alumina ceramics is 9, while Mohs hardness of diamond is 10. it is only 1 grade lower than that of diamond.
2)Excellent wear-resistant performance and slow consumption
3)Excellent corrosion-resistant performance: aluminum oxide is inert, which does not react with acid and alkai. It can avoid the corrosion consumption under acidic conditions.
4)High strength and low ball crushing rate: the appearance is not easy to be out of round after use.
5)The density of high aluminum ball is more than 3.6g/cm3, which is half of that of steel ball. Under the working condition of fine grinding, it can reduce over grinding and equipment wear, equipment noise and power consumption.
