Product characteristics
1.Many varieties and specifications
The products can be divided into positive pressure, negative pressure, dry type and wet type. It has the characteristics of dense flow classification and convenient user selection.
2.The product is positioned with specially customized imported small clearance bearing, which ensures reliable axial positioning of fan impeller and convenient adjustment.
3.The impeller adopts an integral casting structure. The high level accuracy of impeller surface has no need to repair during assembly. It makes the impeller fully interchangeable.
In addition to labyrinth seals, shaft seals also have mechanical seals, packing seals and other sealing forms, which can meet the transportation needs of different media.

Centrifugal blower

Air suspension blower belongs to centrifugal blower. The single-stage high-speed centrifugal blower with air suspension bearing is a blower system with single-stage compression structure, whose centrifugal impeller is directly connected to the motor. Its  frequency converter controls the speed to control the air volume.

It has modular design, core technologies (air bearing, motor, impeller, etc.) for integrated installation and optimization of compression section, frequency converter and programmable logic controller (PLC). They are important to ensure the stable and reliable operation.

Air bearing: While rotating, air flows on the surface of the shaft, generating pressure and forming an air film. As the speed of rotation increases, the shaft is suspended.

Screw blower

Screw blower is a new product developed to meet the needs of energy conservation and environmental protection in the market by integrating years’ design and manufacturing experience. This series of screw blower has compact structure, unique appearance, high efficiency, low noise, reliable performance and long service life. It is very suitable for medium and small flow, high pressure applications. At present, it is widely used in metallurgy, machinery, chemical industry, geology, mining, power and other industrial fields of the ideal gas source equipment.

Main characteristics

1. The advanced rotor profile design can effectively reduce the fluid power loss and improve the efficiency of the main engine.
2. It has excellent internal compression characteristics and low power consumption. Compared with Roots blower, its energy-saving performance is up to 30%.
3. It adopts air cooling structure. Its single-stage pressure is 250kPa, without cooling water.
4. The oil-free design in the rotor cavity can ensure the air quality.

8. The positioning end adopts four point angular contact ball. The combined configuration of bearing and cylindrical roller bearing ensures that the bearing has sufficient bearing capacity and stability under extreme working conditions, thus extending the service life of the bearing.
9. The casing adopts the structural design of intermediate connection, which makes the casing bear uniform force and improves the overall bearing capacity of the casing. The large stiffening rib design can enhance the casing stiffness, thus ensuring reliable operation under high pressure.
10. It adopts splash lubrication, with low power consumption for oil stirring, so as to ensure stable supply of lubricating oil for gears and bearings.
