Work rationale

Steel rubber composite lining plate is mainly made of Malaysia's pure natural latex and multi-element alloy. It is infiltrated through the interface by nano polymer adhesive to firmly combine the elastomer and super wear-resistant multi-element alloy. Depending on complementary advantages of materials, this product solves the shortcomings of the traditional cast steel lining plate in the industry, such as the easily damaged, the weak wear-resistant performance of rubber lining plate and so on. It has many advantages such as super impact resistance, high wear resistance, super long service life, convenient installation, energy saving and consumption reduction, noise reduction and so on.

Vibrating screen with multi-layer and high-frequency adopts the internationally advanced design concept and the forced multi-channel slurry distribution mode, which reduces the slurry flow rate on the screen surface. Meanwhile, it has long service life, compact structure and low noise. Compared with hydrocyclone, its classification efficiency is more than 80%. Due to high classification efficiency and less return of qualified products, raw ore feeding can be increased, and the system processing capacity can be improved by 10-20%. It can reduce the over crushing of ores and increase the metal recovery rate by 1-3%. Some rare metals can reach 10%. The decreased return quantity can be useful to improve working efficiency of returned materials. From the feeding end, it only needs to flow directly into the ore feeding end, without the need for ore feeding under pressure, which can save about 20% energy compared with cyclone.
Screening products can be made of rubber and polyurethane according to the customer's on-site needs.
