Super wear-resistant special sic ceramic slurry pump
Combining the latest ceramic technology, our group, Tsinghua University, and ZG have developed a slurry pump product with ceramic materials as the flow passage component, which has obtained a national invention patent.
The product has a significant wear resistance effect in complex working conditions such as strong wear and wear+corrosion in metal ore dressing plants, non-metal ore dressing plants, and smelting plants, compared to metal slurry pumps. After being put on the market, it has received praise from a large number of users.
“Material of flow passage parts” – use wear-resistant ceramics: wear-resistant, gas corrosion resistant, and long service life! The service life of ceramic overcurrent components is three times that of wear-resistant metal overcurrent components, truly achieving cost reduction and efficiency increase!
“Shaft seal “- The shaft seal can use the company’s patented shaft seal technology: auxiliary impeller+mechanical seal, completely achieving zero leakage of the shaft seal. Traditional shaft sealing methods can also be used: auxiliary impeller+packing sealing.
Application area
The slurry feeding of metal ore (gold, silver, copper, iron, lead, etc.) beneficiation plants and the transportation of various concentrates, tailings, and process materials;
The transportation of slurry feed and various concentrates, tailings, and process materials for non-metallic ore (such as phosphate ore) beneficiation plants;
The transportation of various abrasive slurries during the production process of titanium dioxide powder, iron red powder, phosphate fertilizer, and potassium fertilizer.
Main features
※ The flow passage components are made of wear-resistant ceramic materials, with a wear resistance of more than three times that of high chromium wear-resistant alloys, and a hardness of up to 9 Mohs hardness, second only to diamond;
The impeller profile of the pump is designed in cooperation with well-known domestic universities, using the internationally advanced solid-liquid two-phase flow velocity ratio theory, with high efficiency;
※ The shaft seal can adopt the company’s unique “self circulating cooling combined mechanical seal” patented technology according to the working conditions, without packing, achieving zero maintenance and ensuring the effect of no water leakage; The traditional auxiliary impeller+packing seal shaft sealing method can also be used;
※ Ceramic flow components have high hardness and are not affected by cavitation damage, are resistant to cavitation, and have a long service life;
※ The ceramic flow passage components wear slowly, reducing fluid loss in the pump and saving energy and consumption.

Flow rate Q: 50-2000m ³/ h. Lift H: 10-100m;
The maximum allowable particle size of the material is less than 4mm;
The allowable slurry temperature is less than 85 ℃.
