Alumina ceramic lining products

KSINO’s alumina ceramics are made by Chinese state-owned enterprises which have stable productivity and good performance. They use α Alumina calcined powder and produce the ultra-hard wear-resistant material made through the process of granulation, forming and sintering. The half of ceramics’ quality depends on power; 30% of them depends on molding; and the else 10% – 20% of them depends on sintering performance.

KSINO’s product hardness has been tested by authoritative organizations that the hardness (HRA) is not less than 85 and the density is not less than 3.6g/cm³. Their hardness and wear resistance are 171.5 times that of manganese steel plate.

Silicon carbide ceramic products

KSINO’s silicon carbide ceramic products adopt the advanced German production technology and sintered in vacuum sintering at 1900℃. The products’ hardness (HRA) is not less than 80 and the density is not less than 3.1g/cm³. The maximum product diameter can be produced in KSINO is 800mm.
