Selection of polyurethane wear-resistant materials

1.KSINO has developed polyurethane materials for nearly 30 years. It has unique advantages in elasticity and high wear resistance. Selecting the corresponding polyurethane materials can meet the use requirements under different environments. It is suitable for hydrocyclone lining, ball mill lining plate, flotation machine stator and rotor rubber coating, elastic sieve plate, concrete pump piston, slurry pump sheath and impeller rubber coating, pipe lining, etc., with excellent wear resistance and durability.

2.Selection of polyurethane materials for wrapping several worn flow passage products
2.1 Cyclone
A2090: excellent wear-resistant performance, excellent bearing capacity and price advantage
A2370: highly wear-resistant performance; its wear-resistant performance is about 1.5-2 times that of A2090.
B2/90: excellent wear-resistant performance; it can be used for a long time in 80 degree slurry.
B1/98: medium level of wear-resistant performance; it has high modulus and excellent hydrolysis resistance.
B4/90: excellent wear-resistant performance; it is suitable for small pure polyurethane hydrocyclones.
