Hydrocyclone is a kind of equipment that uses water as the medium to classify and separate mineral grains in the centrifugal force field of tens to hundreds of times of gravity acceleration. According to different uses, it can be divided into grinding classification cyclone, ultra-fine classification cyclone, desliming cyclone, concentration cyclone, etc. It can be used for grinding and grading operations, raw ore desliming operations, fine grading operations, concentrate concentration operations, tailings damming operations, tailings filling operations, tailings dry drainage operations, etc. of ferrous, non-ferrous and non-metallic ores.
In order to meet the customer's special requirements for wear under different materials and industrial and mining conditions, the cyclone can use different lining wear-resistant materials:

1.KSINO has developed polyurethane materials for nearly 30 years. It has unique advantages in elasticity and high wear resistance. Selecting the corresponding polyurethane materials can meet the use requirements under different environments. It is suitable for hydrocyclone lining, ball mill lining plate, flotation machine stator and rotor rubber coating, elastic sieve plate, concrete pump piston, slurry pump sheath and impeller rubber coating, pipe lining, etc., with excellent wear resistance and durability.
2.Selection of polyurethane materials for wrapping several worn flow passage products
2.1 Cyclone
A2090: excellent wear-resistant performance, excellent bearing capacity and price advantage
A2370: highly wear-resistant performance; its wear-resistant performance is about 1.5-2 times that of A2090.
B2/90: excellent wear-resistant performance; it can be used for a long time in 80 degree slurry.
B1/98: medium level of wear-resistant performance; it has high modulus and excellent hydrolysis resistance.
B4/90: excellent wear-resistant performance; it is suitable for small pure polyurethane hydrocyclones.
•Transflux parts are made of wear-resistant ceramic materials. Its wear resistance is more than 3 times that of high chromium wear-resistant alloy and its hardness is as high as 9 Mohs hardness, which is second only to diamond.
•By cooperating with well-known domestic institutions, the pump impeller profile is designed according to the internationally most advanced solid-liquid two-phase flow velocity ratio theory, which has high efficiency.
•Shaft seal can adopt KSINO’s unique patented technology of "self circulating cooling combined mechanical seal" according to the working conditions, without packing. Thus, it can achieve zero maintenance and ensure the effect of no leakage. The traditional auxiliary impeller+packing seal shaft seal can also be used.
