1. It has good wear resistant performance with long service life. Its wear resistance is 3-5 times that of steel sieve plate and more than 5 times that of ordinary rubber sieve plate.
2. The maintenance workload is small. The polyurethane sieve plate is not easy to be damaged, which lead to the long service life. Thus, it can greatly reduce the amount of maintenance and maintenance losses.
3. The total cost is low. Although the one-time investment of polyurethane sieve plate with the same specification (area) is higher than that of stainless steel sieve plate (about 2 times), the service life of polyurethane sieve plate is 3-5 times that of stainless steel sieve plate. Especially, there are limited requirements for repairs and replacements. Therefore, the products are economic.
4. It has good moisture resistance. It can not only work with water as the medium, but also work with water, oil and other media. The friction coefficient between polyurethane and materials is reduced, which is more conducive to screening, improves screening efficiency, and avoids the adhesion of wet particles. At the same time, the reduction of friction coefficient and wear can improve the service life of products.
5.The products have good corrosion resistant performance. They are nonflammable, non-toxic and tasteless.
6. Due to the reasonable design of sieve openings and the unique manufacturing process of sieve plates, particles with limited size will not block the sieve openings.
7. With good vibration absorption performance and strong noise elimination ability, it can reduce noise and make the objects on the screen not easy to break in the process of vibration.
8. Due to the characteristics of polyurethane secondary vibration, polyurethane sieve plate has self-cleaning effect to ensure the high screening efficiency.
9. The products have good energy saving and consumption reduction. The proportion of polyurethane is small, which is much lighter than the steel screen of the same size. Thus, it can reduce the load of screen, save power consumption and extend the service life of screen.
Product introduction
Vibrating screen with multi-layer and high-frequency adopts the internationally advanced design concept and the forced multi-channel slurry distribution mode, which reduces the slurry flow rate on the screen surface. Meanwhile, it has long service life, compact structure and low noise. Compared with hydrocyclone, its classification efficiency is more than 80%. Due to high classification efficiency and less return of qualified products, raw ore feeding can be increased, and the system processing capacity can be improved by 10-20%. It can reduce the over crushing of ores and increase the metal recovery rate by 1-3%. Some rare metals can reach 10%. The decreased return quantity can be useful to improve working efficiency of returned materials. From the feeding end, it only needs to flow directly into the ore feeding end, without the need for ore feeding under pressure, which can save about 20% energy compared with cyclone.
