The screen panel manufactured by our company is one-step molding, with characteristics of good wear resistance and elastcity, high elongation and warping strength. Meantime, the inner of the screen panel uses the special technological structure to greatly prolong the service life of screeen panel. 2.1 The classification of polyurethane screen panel

1)The flip-flow screen panel: polyurethane elastomer.

2)The tension screen panel: polyurethane elastomer; steel wire rope and metal hook.

3)The plate-type screen panel: polyurethane elastomer and steel insert.

 2.1.1 The Flip-Flow Screen Panel

The flip-flow screen panel manufactured by our company is one-step molding, with characteristics of good wear resistance and elasticity, high elongation and warping strength. Meantime, the inner of the screen panel uses the special technological structure to greatly prolong the service life of screen panel.

It is especially suitable for the wet materials’ screening and has the advantages of high screening efficiency, wide size range, no clogging, non-bonding and so on.

2.1.2 The Tension Screen Panel

It is the one widely used and it has tension metal hooks on both sides, attached to the good elasticity polyurethane screen desk.

2.1.3 The Plate-Type Screen Panel

The integrated dual-hardness plate-type screen panel.

It adopts the integrated and dual-hardness casting process, the higher hardness PU material at the bottom is for the installation purpose, and the different hardness confirmation of screen desk is depending on the screening request of different materials. So it will ensure the stability of the installation and effectively reduce the probability of hole plugging for high screening efficiency and great effect.

■The molds of the polyurethane screening panel are processed by ourselves so it will reduce the cost and guarantee effectively the tolerance of the mold.

2.8 Performance Testing of Polyurethane Screen Panel

■Hardness: The harness shall be measured in accordance with GB/T 531.1.

■Rebound: The rebound shall be measured in accordance with GB/T 9867.

■Tear strength: The tear strength shall be measured in accordance with GB/T 1681.

■Tensile strength and elongation at break: The tensile strength and elongation at break shall be measured in accordance with GB/T 528.

Type Inspection

For products normally produced, external inspection shall be conducted once a year. Quality supervision department will issue inspection report.

 

Inspection standard

Appearance:

The surface of polyurethane sieve plate shall be smooth and uniform in color. It should have no impurities, cracks or broken bars. The surface of each sieve plate shall be free of bubbles with diameter greater than 2mm. There shall be no bubbles with diameter greater than 1mm at the sieve plate reinforcement.

 

Dimension and Tolerance range:

The overall dimension and mesh size shall meet the customer requirements or drawings.

The tolerance shall meet the provisions of Table 1.

 

Hardness

The tolerance hardness of sieve plate is Shore A75-95 degrees,

The allowable tolerance of hardness is ± 3 degrees.

Polyurethane sieve plate is a kind of mesh product made of polyurethane.

The hole shape of sieve plate are slot, rectangle, circle and square.

The main application industries are coal washing plants, coking plants, mines, power plants, dredging companies, metallurgical, petroleum, petrochemical and others.

The main applied equipment is vibrating screen.

The main performance and characteristics are presented in the following:

1. It has good wear resistant performance with long service life. Its wear resistance is 3-5 times that of steel sieve plate and more than 5 times that of ordinary rubber sieve plate.

2. The maintenance workload is small. The polyurethane sieve plate is not easy to be damaged, which lead to the long service life. Thus, it can greatly reduce the amount of maintenance and maintenance losses.

3. The total cost is low. Although the one-time investment of polyurethane sieve plate with the same specification (area) is higher than that of stainless steel sieve plate (about 2 times), the service life of polyurethane sieve plate is 3-5 times that of stainless steel sieve plate. Especially, there are limited requirements for repairs and replacements. Therefore, the products are economic.

4. It has good moisture resistance. It can not only work with water as the medium, but also work with water, oil and other media. The friction coefficient between polyurethane and materials is reduced, which is more conducive to screening, improves screening efficiency, and avoids the adhesion of wet particles. At the same time, the reduction of friction coefficient and wear can improve the service life of products.

5.The products have good corrosion resistant performance. They are nonflammable, non-toxic and tasteless.

6. Due to the reasonable design of sieve openings and the unique manufacturing process of sieve plates, particles with limited size will not block the sieve openings.

7. With good vibration absorption performance and strong noise elimination ability, it can reduce noise and make the objects on the screen not easy to break in the process of vibration.

8. Due to the characteristics of polyurethane secondary vibration, polyurethane sieve plate has self-cleaning effect to ensure the high screening efficiency.

9. The products have good energy saving and consumption reduction. The proportion of polyurethane is small, which is much lighter than the steel screen of the same size. Thus, it can reduce the load of screen, save power consumption and extend the service life of screen.

Vibrating screen, Rubber or PU screen mesh

Product introduction

Vibrating screen with multi-layer and high-frequency adopts the internationally advanced design concept and the forced multi-channel slurry distribution mode, which reduces the slurry flow rate on the screen surface. Meanwhile, it has long service life, compact structure and low noise. Compared with hydrocyclone, its classification efficiency is more than 80%. Due to high classification efficiency and less return of qualified products, raw ore feeding can be increased, and the system processing capacity can be improved by 10-20%. It can reduce the over crushing of ores and increase the metal recovery rate by 1-3%. Some rare metals can reach 10%. The decreased return quantity can be useful to improve working efficiency of returned materials. From the feeding end, it only needs to flow directly into the ore feeding end, without the need for ore feeding under pressure, which can save about 20% energy compared with cyclone.

Screening products can be made of rubber and polyurethane according to the customer's on-site needs.

2.The rubber is made of imported Malaysian natural latex, which has excellent wear-resistant performance, high elasticity and other characteristics. The professional formula design for rubber sieve plate is applicable to all kinds of impact wear screening conditions.
3.By adopting the imported high-performance polyurethane, it has ultra-high wear-resistant performance, high impact resistant performance and so on.
4.Design team adopts fatigue resistant design such as finite element analysis (FEA) and so on. Through EDEM simulation analysis, the most reasonable and optimal sieve plate structure was designed.
