The vibrating screen is mainly composed of screen box, screen mesh, vibrator, damping spring device, underframe, etc.
Cylindrical eccentric shaft exciter and eccentric block are used to adjust the amplitude of circular vibrating screen. The vibrator is installed on the side plate of the screen box. It is driven by the motor through the V-belt to rotate, thus generating centrifugal inertial force to force the screen box to vibrate.
The side plate of screen machine is made of high-quality steel plate. High strength bolts or ring grooved rivets are used to connect the side plate with the beam and the base of the vibration exciter. The vibrator is installed on the side plate of the screen box, and is driven by the motor through the coupling to rotate, generating centrifugal inertial force to force the screen to vibrate. The screen machine is seat mounted. The screen surface inclination can be adjusted by changing the position and height of the spring support.
Generally, the circular vibrating screen motor is installed on the right side of the screen frame or on the left side of the screen frame. If there is no special requirement, the manufacturer shall install and supply according to the right side of the material movement direction. The screen is the main wearing part.
High manganese steel woven screen mesh, perforated screen plate and rubber screen plate can be used according to material varieties and user requirements. There are single layer and double layer screen surfaces. All kinds of sieve plates can meet the requirements of high screening efficiency, long service life and no plugging.
Circular vibrating screen is a kind of high efficiency vibrating screen. It is not only suitable for screening sand and stone materials in quarries, but also for product grading in coal preparation, mineral processing, building materials, power and chemical industries.
The super wear-resistant and wear-resistant screen mesh can be divided into light (HD60 rubber) screen mesh, medium (HD70 rubber) screen mesh, and heavy (HDS rubber) screen mesh according to the different material loads. The screen mesh’s service life is long!

Linear vibrating screen
It is suitable for dehydration, desliming, deliquescence and removal of heavy medium during heavy medium beneficiation.
Linear vibrating screen is successfully developed on the basis of digesting and absorbing the linear vibration technology of Heavy Mining Machinery Factory and ZKX type in the United States. It has the following characteristics:
